Rick Panicucci is the Chief Technology Officer at Bridge Bio Pharma and a board member at Cognos Therapeutics, bringing extensive expertise in pharmaceutical development. Previously, as Vice President at WuXi AppTec, he led initiatives in developability, formulation, and GMP manufacturing.

Rick also served as Global Head of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Profiling at Novartis, where he spearheaded advancements in innovative dosage forms and drug delivery technologies. His experience includes roles as Director of Formulation Development at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Senior Scientist at Biogen.
